To request certification, please send a $50 money order and a letter requesting that certification be sent to the barber board in the state where you will be relocating.  In this letter, you MUST include the address or email address where it should be sent. It is your responsibility to tell us where/how each state wants it delivered to them. You should also include your name, phone number, email, and current mailing address.  We will send you a copy of the certification exactly as it was ​sent to the state you requested in the same format they requested. (If it is mail, we will mail a copy to you, if it is email, we will email a copy to you.)
